1. How to purchase books for the Overseas?
A. For customers in China, you can make your purchase at the designated outlets
(For detailed information, please read the overview of the outlets)
B. For customers overseas, you can order what your want online.

2. Way of delivery
Way of delivery:
For customers in China outside Shanghai, and overseas, the books will be sent by post.
For customers in Shanghai city proper, the books will be sent by EMS or post.
3. Payment Ratings
Payment ratings for purchase overseas:
The price of the book in US dollars + postage + transfer commissions charged by the bank. (Payment by credit card will be available in future)
Payment ratings for purchase within China:
The price of the book in RMB + postage or + EMS fee
(The books will be sent upon receiving the money. The bank account is 044036-80900064386 SBT' Bank: Shanghai branch, Bank of China, please notify "online purchase")
4. The order processing procedure
The customer fills in the order online.
The bookstore confirms the information about the books ordered, including names, prices and mailing addresses through telephone and email within three work days.
The customer sends the money to the designated bank account according to payment ratings.
Upon receiving the money, the bookstore will send the books on time.
5. How to obtain free publicity materials
A. For customers in China, you can ask for free publicity materials at our outlets (For detailed information, please read the overview of local outlets)
B. For customers overseas, please contact us through telephone or email if you want free publicity materials. We will send them to you upon your request, but you have to pay the postage fees which may occur.
6. How to refund the products
A. We promise to guarantee the quality of products sold online.
B. Please contact us through telephone or email if there's any quality problem with the product you've received. We will refund it according to the laws concerned and our company's regulations about book sales.
